Technical support for the project is provided by qualified Arsan engineer.<\/p><p>Among the products we designed;<\/p><ul><li>Elastomer Bearings<\/li><li>Pot Bearings<\/li><li>Spherical Bearings<\/li><li>Friction Pendulum Insulators<\/li><li>Lead Rubber Bearings<\/li><li>Special Bearings (Uplift Bearings, Guide Bearings and Restraint Bearings)<\/li><\/ul><p>The standards we use most in bearing designs are;<\/p><ul><li>EN 1337-3 Elastomer Bearings<\/li><li>EN 1337-5 Pot Bearings<\/li><li>EN 15129 Seismic Bearings<\/li><li>BS 5400 Part 9 Bridge Bearings<\/li><li>TEC 2016 Turkish Earthquake Code<\/li><li>ASCE 7-16 Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures<\/li><li>AASHTO LRFD 2012 is the Bridge Design standards.<\/li><\/ul><p>The following stages are followed in the structural and seismic support design;<\/p><ul><li>The standard is determined according to the customer's request and the load table with the following information is sent to us. The following data must be submitted for optimum design.<\/li><li>Maximum and Minimum Vertical Loads,<\/li><li>Maximum Horizontal Loads,<\/li><li>Maximum Rotations,<\/li><li>Maximum Displacements,<\/li><li>Allowable Average Contact Stresses,<\/li><li>Connection Details,<\/li><li>Damping Ratio,<\/li><li>Response Spectrum Values.<\/li><li>Bearing type is selected first.<\/li><li>The optimum design of the chosen bearing is made.<\/li><li>Technical drawings are prepared.<\/li><li>Production starts after customer approval.<\/li><li>Production control tests in the
