Analysis Process of Segment Gasket
It is created by computer editing using design programs such as Autocad and NX 8.5, according to the most appropriate communication model according to the technical conditions received from the customers.
Simulation programs are used to meet customers' parameters in a timely and rapid manner. After the designed content is installed in the tunnel, the manipulation program in the computer environment is analyzed to meet the desired features.
When segment content is connected to tunnel blocks, the resulting section image is created through Autocad and NX 8.5 programs. In order to make a close analysis of systems operating with the logic of the finite element method, appropriate elements must be divided into parts and stabilization adjustments must be made in accordance with the model.
After appropriate stabilization and element sizes are set, the scenario is created taking into account the conditions of the content's capacity to attract more attention. After all this data is entered, the model we created is solved. Although the solution time varies depending on the model, the results are examined in detail after the solution, which takes approximately 15 hours.
Arsan Kauçuk segment gasket, which has been analyzed, is produced for testing.
Stress relaxation, force displacements and demonstrations were applied to the gasket, the prototype of which was produced, in our laboratory within Arsan Kauçuk. Prototype product test results are compared with the test results of computerized analyses. The results of the evaluations are approved.
Arsan Kauçuk segment content that has been tested is presented together with the test results. The customer is deleted and the process is completed.
